When making a reservation, please be sure to quote your program
name which is “GODS” to enjoy the special group contract
room rate.
Check In / Out Time
The hotel official check-in time is 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Early arrival before 14:00 might not be accommodated with cleaned
room. However, we will make every effort to accommodate arrivals
prior to this time. Should you prefer to ensure all guests rooms
be ready prior to guests’ early arrival, may we suggest
that rooms are reserved for the day before. The room charge will
be based on a daily room rate plus 15% service charge.
Our check-out time is 12:00 on day of departure. Should your
guests wish to check out after the regular check-out time, they
will be subject to 50% of the room rate quoted.
Cancellation Policy
The following charges will be levied if the booking is totally
cancelled:
Notification of Cancellation
Period prior to expected arrival Cancellation Fee
Within 15 days 80% of total room charges
Within 1 days 100% of total room charges
In case of no show, a cancellation fee of full length of stay
will be applied.
No-Compliance
If the required deposit or payment is not received by the date
indicated, regrettably the reservations for the Group may be subject
to cancellation with prior notice. Reinstatement of the reservation
can only be made upon receipt of payment and to the extent that
rooms are then available.
Damage
Should there be any damage to our Hotel property during your function,
we will charge the Company for any repair costs
