Bopeep is the Executive Director of the Ateneo Center for Organization Research and Development (CORD), a faculty member, and coordinator of the Industrial/Organizational Psychology Program. She has practiced in the field of Organization Development and Human Resource Management locally and abroad for over 30 years. Among others, she held the positions of VP, Human Resources and VP, Training and Development at the Philippine Airlines; Director for Human Resources – Mandarin Oriental Manila and Gunung Sewu Kencana (Indonesia); Director, OD Training and Education at Silicon Systems Inc. (California). Today, she continues to work as corporate coach and external consultant for various organizations. She obtained her PhD, Major in Social-Organizational Psychology and Master of Science in Social Psychology at the Ateneo de Manila University. She also holds a Certificate in Applied Behavioral Sciences from the University of Southern California. She completed her AB Psychology at the University of the Philippines.
