Sandra L.
Gill, Ph.D. is Dean, College of Business , at Benedictine University
, and Associate Professor of Business. Dr. Gill joined Benedictine
in 2001 as Department Chair and Associate Professor of Business,
MBA Programs. Dr. Gill completed 15 years as an adjunct faculty
member while in private practice as a health care management consultant.
She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives
and Fellow of the American Association of Healthcare Consultants.
She is a Certified Clinical Sociologist with the Sociological
Practice Association.
Following 10 years in educational and healthcare administrative
positions, Dr. Gill formed Physician Management Resources, Inc.
As a full time consultant, she completed over 1,500 consulting
engagements between 1980-2000, in medical and health organizations
throughout the United States . Focused on strategic planning,
governance, organizational design and leadership assessments,
Dr. Gill’s professional success was recognized by her long-time
participation as a faculty member with the nation’s leading
healthcare professional educational programs, including the Estes
Park Institute and the American College of Physician Executives.
Her client list included the nation’s leading hospitals
and medical groups. Dr. Gill served on the quality improvement
committee of Central DuPage Health, in Winfield , Illinois and
continues to serve on the strategic planning council, The Fielding
Graduate University, and Lisle Area Chamber of Commerce board.
She completed her B.A. and MA., with honors, at Michigan State
University , and her M.A. and Ph.D. at the Fielding Graduate University
, Santa Barbara , CA .
