Mr. Sullivan, MSOD, RODC was introduced to OD when he experienced his first Charlie Seashore T-Group in 1962. Roland is one of the original 100 change agents. He has lead change efforts with over 1,200 organizations in 21 countries. He has taught OD at 7 Universities, including the most recognized change program in the world, Pepperdine. Editing over a dozen management of change books including the popular second edition of Practicing Organization Development have him in touch with best change practices. The first edition is the first OD book to be translated into Chinese. He is known for "actually" transforming whole systems in large interactive events and for the last 30 years, leading world wide competency research for consultants. Helping to bring alive the OD seeds that Dr. Udai Pareek planted in Asia over 50 years ago is his current vision. Roland believes that without a doubt by the year 2025 China and India will lead the world in Gross National Product as well as be the lead in the world of ideas. The future of the world is in Asia!!!
